Booked a U-Haul rental here and they double charged me after I dropped it off well before I was required to. Owner told me to “call customer support and figure it out myself”
Once again pay at the pump doesn’t work with signs up “not working”. Seems like they never have them working. Washrooms are never available either, funny what do the workers do all day, go in the field behind? Maybe. Management running this newer gas station into the ground but really no surprise, it’s happening all over. Certainly a black mark on Pioneers brand. Anyhow lots of much better cleaner and more convenient gas stations around all of keep their equipment in running order. I’ll never return……
Was going to pick up some beef jerky, but the price at the register was more than the price on the shelf The cashier refused to correct the pricing with what was on the shelf Won't be stopping there in the future even though I drive by regularly
Not the best experience. Prices are sometimes lower than nearby stations, which is a plus, but the pumps can be unreliable and slow. The convenience store is basic—good for quick snacks, but not always well-stocked. I’ve also had issues with the card machine not working properly. Staff attitude can vary depending on who’s at the counter. Overall, it works in a pinch, but not my first choice unless I’m nearby.
Everytime I've gone into the station in the morning the guy behind the counter is talking to someone on the phone and can't even take the time to greet customers with a basic "hello". It's almost like you're inconveniencing him. I won't be returning to this gas station.
Disgusting and degrading experience. This gas station has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. When I asked to use the restroom, the staff interrogated me about whether I was going to pee or poop. If you say poop, they refuse to let you use the bathroom. It’s absolutely humiliating, inappropriate, and beyond disrespectful. What kind of place treats people like that? This isn’t just bad service — it’s a complete lack of basic human decency. I will never return, and I strongly urge others to avoid this place at all costs
I went out of my way every summer to make this my cottage trip fuel stop. Always a slightly better price than most around, and I like the Journie rewards. However, I will no longer EVER stop here again. Happy to add my one star review to the others who have had washroom access issues consistently at this location. They are often "out of order," or so they say. What sent me over the edge last summer was when I was very rudely met with a "for customers only, ma'am," bark as I tried to access the washroom with my newly potty trained toddler, with a newborn also in the car. As if I was there with the sole purpose of destroying their already disgusting washroom with my small child. I've had to clean this washroom myself the few times I've been able to use it over multiple summers to make sure it was a bit safer for my children. Avoid at all costs!
